Pros Competitions are created by the Pros Marketing Team! Our #1 goal as a marketing team is to create the most competitive and fair environment for sales reps to compete! That places high expectations on the integrity of deals submitted by our sales reps. We’ll have general guidelines for each competition & incentive but we expect all Sales Reps to act with regard to others and within the spirit of the law not just the letter of the law! So please keep that in mind with competing. The Marketing Team, at it’s sole discretion can update rules, at any time, to be more inline to creating a fair and competitive environment. The Marketing Team can also do this without notice.

Our #1 goal as a team is rep experience. I do not want to give anyone a bad experience. I want good clean competitions that empower all PROS to have the most fun doing this job while also reaching new personal records for production.
